Let rise.
With greased hands flatten each roll on a floured surface. Cover within 1/8-inch of the edge with a thin slice of Velveeta. Then top with thin slices of pepperoni, ham or other.
Roll up and place in greased pan.

Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or longer until done (cheese and meat can be more or less to taste).

Heat a nonstick skillet over med-high heat; add olive oil and sausage; brown and sear sausage for 1 minute; then add garlic; toss for 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and spinach; toss to coat and cook another 2 minutes.
Add eggs and scramble; season with salt and pepper.
Pile the scramble of meat, veggies, and eggs onto the rolls; serve hot.
In a slow cooker, combine the Chourico , green pepper, onion, tomato paste, wine, water, and crushed garlic.
Stir so that everything is evenly distributed.
Cover, and set on Low.
Cook for 8 hours.
Uncover the pot, and cook an additional 2 hours to allow some of the liquid to evaporate.
Serve over rice, or with Portuguese rolls.
Whisk salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder together in a small bowl until seasoning is well-mixed. Rub seasoning mixture onto pork loin to coat completely; place loin in a slow cooker.
Whisk cola and ketchup together in a bowl; stir in liquid smoke. Pour cola mixture over pork.
Cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours (or cook on High for 3 to 4 hours). Shred pork using two forks; serve pulled pork on Portuguese rolls.

Boil crabs with half of the onions, when done let cool. While crabs are cooling, in a seperate pot on low heat add remaining ingredients (minus rolls!) and salt if needed and simmer until onions are cooked. Break crabs into pieces disregarding whatever you dont care for, and add to the sauce until well heated. Serve with plenty of fresh rolls for dipping!

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Split the rolls in half lengthwise, and spread butter on the insides of the bread, reserving any leftover butter.
