Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 None basic bread dough (see 'basic bread dough' recipe)
    1/2 tsp poppy seeds
    1/2 tsp oat flakes
    1 tsp pumpkin seeds
Preparation
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, form the dough into a long strand and cut into 8 pieces. Form into rolls of any shape you like. Place on the baking sheet, cover with a paper towel and allow to rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Brush the rolls with a little water and sprinkle with either poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds or oat flakes.
    Bake for 10 mins, then reduce the temperature to 425\u00b0F. Bake for another 5-7 mins, until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
