Ham And Egg In A Muffin Tin

Spray a 6 hole muffin tin with olive oil or canola oil.
Line each muffin hole with a slice of ham and then break an egg into each hole. Add salt and pepper to taste, then top with a teaspoon of cream.
Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese then the chopped parsley.
Put into the top of a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius, or 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for approximately 7 to 8 minutes until egg is cooked.
Serve with sour dough bread toast.

Dice wieners, put in a pan with butter. Brown slightly, then add pork n'beans, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Heat until brown sugar is blended. Set aside. Roll out biscuits and mold them in the muffin tin until cup is covered. Put about a tablespoon of pork n'beans mixture in each cup to fill. Bake in 425 degree oven for about 8 minutes

Add food coloring and a pinch of soap flakes or a drop of detergent into each portion.

Gramma'S Banana Bread Muffins

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F Mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add baking soda and and mix. Add the flour and mix. Pour mixture into muffin tin. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Muffin Breakfast

Divide corn muffin mix in muffin tins.
In other muffin tin, put corned beef hash in bottom and top with egg.
Bake all as directed for muffins.
