Combine gin, agave syrup, lemon juice, coconut cream, rice milk, egg white, and curry powder in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice until emulsified, about 20 seconds. Add ice, reseal the shaker, and shake vigorously for 20 full seconds-put some muscle into it. Strain into a large rocks glass over a big ice cube and garnish with lemon twist.

Place contents of can into regular size blender, add tequila (2/3 of a can), pack with ice cubes.
Blend on high, gently rocking mixer to move ice to bottom.

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker with scoop of ice. Shake, and strain over ice-fill glass.
Garnish with lemon or grapefruit slices.
Tint sugar pink with food coloring. Rim 6 champagne flutes with the lime wedge and dip in sugar.
Add 1 tbsp vodka to each champagne glass then 1 1/2 tbsp grapefruit juice. Top with champagne. Serve immediately.
Cut a wedge from one of the grapefruit halves and rub it on the rims of 6 cocktail glasses. Dip each rim in sugar and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat the cranberries, water, sugar and zest to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until the cranberries pop and the syrup turns pink, about 10 minutes.
Strain through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing with a spatula. Discard the fruit.
Pour into a jar, cover and chill.
To make the cocktails: pour 1 tbl triple sec and two tbl of the cranberry syrup into a champagne flute.
Fill with champagne. Drop in a cranberry and enjoy. (I made this also with non-alcoholic champagne and it was very good.).
