Quick And Easy Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking dish.
Beat cream cheese, hot sauce, 1/2 cup pepper Jack cheese, and blue cheese dressing together in a large bowl; fold in chicken until completely coated. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with crumbled blue cheese and 1/3 cup pepper Jack cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling up the sides, 15 to 20 minutes.

Creamy Jalapeno Cheese Grits

Melt butter with olive oil in medium pot.
Add onions, garlic, and chopped jalapenos. Saute until onions are softened.
Add chicken broth and milk; bring to a boil.
Add grits, lower heat and stir constantly with a whisk for three to five minutes until cooked.

Spread cream cheese on bottom of 8-inch quiche pan or pie plate. Drain the can of black beans and spread on top of cream cheese. Cover beans with finely diced red onion. Cover with Raspberry Salsa. Top with shredded Pepper Jack cheese. Heat until bubbly, about 20 minutes, at 325\u00b0. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Serves 20.

1. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in chicken and next 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon cheese mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
