Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Place in the bottom of a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Mix together dressing and mayonnaise.
Top the sauerkraut with half the cheese, then half of the dressing, all of the corned beef, then the remaining cheese, and remaining dressing.
Bake until it starts to bubble.
Top with rye slices, brushed with melted butter and bake 10 minutes more.
You could also just bake it until bubbly and spoon it onto rye or pumpernickle bread instead of the party rye, if you wanted to.
Brown sausage, hamburger, onions together in a large frying pan.
Melt Velveeta cheese into mixture.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons on party rye rounds, add tomato, if desired, run under broiler until browned.
Serve hot.
Mash sweet potatoes with potato masher or beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients, except pecans. Spoon sweet potato mixture into ungreased 1-quart casserole or souffle dish; sprinkle with pecans.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until hot throughout, about 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings (about 1/2 cup each).
Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender.
Drain off liquid. Stir in milk and cheese.
Stir until blended.
Add corn, soup and pimento.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into 2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Mixture may be divided into 2 (1 1/2 quart) casserole dishes and can be frozen.
Serves 6.
Saute:
celery or cream of celery soup, onions and green peppers.
In a casserole dish put peas, mushroom soup, pimiento and water chestnuts.
Mix well.
Pour both mixtures in a casserole dish along with reserved juice from peas.
Top with bread crumbs or crackers.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Boil noodles in salted water. Chop eggs and pepper. Pour mushroom soup and milk in saucepan and heat; add cut up cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add chopped eggs, pepper and tuna. Last, add egg noodles and pour into casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and pour melted butter over top. Bake 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. If casserole tends to be dry, pour a little milk over the top.
Brown beef and onion; add Ragu sauce and heat to boiling point. Beat cream cheese; add cottage cheese, sour cream and olives and mix.
In a 3-quart casserole, layer 1/2 beef mixture, 1/2 noodles, cheese mixture, remaining noodles and top with remaining beef mixture.
Bake.
Add egg noodles and salt to rapidly boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender; drain.
Saute onion in butter or margarine until tender, stir in green pepper and cook 1 minute longer.
In large bowl blend mushroom soup, sour cream, salt and pepper, chicken, ham, olives, pimentos and artichoke hearts.
Mix gently, spoon into buttered 3-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
Salt and pepper beef to taste.
Add oregano to taste.
Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole for 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
Pour peas into bottom of casserole dish.
Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over peas.
Arrange asparagus over the peas and cheese.
Add other half of the cheese, then the chopped eggs. Spoon mushroom soup over all and top with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Make white sauce and add cheese and almonds.
Arrange potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover with green beans.
Pour half of cheese sauce over beans and potatoes.
Add ham and remaining sauce.
Mix melted butter with crumbs.
Sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serves 6 to 8.
Make white sauce by combining margarine, flour, salt and milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Drain peas and mushrooms. Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole with onion and almonds. Pour sauce over peas. Garnish with pimiento strips. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cook broccoli.
Make white sauce with butter, flour, milk and salt.
Cook until medium thick.
Cut cooked broccoli into 1-inch pieces and place in buttered casserole.
Combine ham, green pepper, parsley, eggs, cheese and lemon juice.
Place over broccoli.
Brown ground meat and onion.
Drain.
Add cream cheese; stir to melt.
Add corn, pimentos, soup and milk.
Mix with cooked, drained noodles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes a large casserole.
Mix all ingredients.
Stir gently.
Place in casserole.
Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
This makes a large casserole.
Serves 10 or 12 people.

Brown ground beef and sausage until done.
Drain; add seasonings.
Combine with melted Velveeta cheese and spread on party rye bread.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake on cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Save half of Triscuits for topping.
Spread the other half in bottom of casserole.
Drain cans of asparagus, water chestnuts and tuna.
Mix soup and Miracle Whip.
Spread the dressing on top of other ingredients.
Cover with remaining Triscuits.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
