In hot Dutch oven, brown arm roast in oil.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours adding water if necessary (if lid fits well, adding water shouldn't be necessary).
Add onion and garlic and continue simmering for 1 hour, oruntil beef is fork tender.
With two forks, break meat into coarse shreds and chunks.
Add remaining ingredients, bring back to a simmer.
Cover and simmer 1 hour.
Grill lightly buttered hamburger buns and pile on the meat.
In 8-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat in
Wipe off roast with damp paper towel.
Put roast in flat Pyrex pan.
Salt and pepper and garlic salt both sides of roast.
Cover with foil and put in a preheated oven. Cook about 2 to 3 hours, depending on size or roast.
Then pour brown water gravy on roast and roast juices.

Combine cornstarch and water and stir until smooth. Pour over roast and top with sliced onions. Tie bag and turn roast upside down and shake so seasoning covers all while holding sliced onion on top. Return to pan, being sure to move onion back to top of roast.
Poke about 5 small holes in top of bag and bake at 350 for 2 hours or until top is a bit brown and roast is tender.
Brown all sides of roast to \"seal\" roast; season to taste, e.g. salt, pepper, garlic, etc.
Fill Dutch oven or roasting pan 1/2 full with water.
Add soups and stir.
Put in roast and cover. Bake for 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
You can add common or favorite vegetables while roasting.
Place roast in pot.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Slice onion and separate rings.
Add rings to roast.
Cover.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Peel and halve potatoes.
Peel carrots, cut lengthwise and cut in half.
Cut celery lengthwise and cut in half.
Add to roast.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place roast in baking pan (I use a 13 x 9-inch).
Sprinkle dry soup over top of canned soup that has been spread over roast.
Pour Pepsi over all.
Cover pan with lid and do not look until 3 1/2 to 4 hours of cooking.
(Also can put carrots around edges before cooking.)
Serve with mashed potatoes.
Cook arm roast on low overnight in crock pot.
Freeze broth. Tear up roast.
Add bottle of Country Bob's, mushrooms and green pepper.
Buy package of steak buns.
Add mixture to buns and add cheese and eat.
Cook in crock pot on low heat for approximately 8 hours. Shred meat and mix with drippings.
Serve on French buns.
Grease bottom and sides of 3-quart casserole.
Arrange layers of roast, onion, celery, carrots and potatoes in casserole. Combine salt, sugar, tapioca, tomato juice and Kitchen Bouquet in a bowl; mix well.
Pour over top, do not stir.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven.
Add peas and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Remove from oven and mix well.
Cover casserole with foil before baking.
Lightly flour and brown roast in 2 tablespoons oil.
Put in Dutch oven or deep kettle; sprinkle with dry soup mix and pour can of soup over top, then 1 1/2 cans of water.
Cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours until tender and falls apart.
