Jean'S Sunday Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 arm roast
    1 onion (if desired)
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Put roast in flat Pyrex pan.
    Salt and pepper and garlic salt both sides of roast.
    Cover with foil and put in a preheated oven. Cook about 2 to 3 hours, depending on size or roast.
    Then pour brown water gravy on roast and roast juices.
    Mix, cover and cook 10 minutes.
