Heat oil in a large saucepan on high heat. Add onion and saute for 2-3 mins, until tender.
Add ground beef. Brown well, breaking up with the back of a spoon as it browns. Stir in pasta sauce, mushrooms, wine and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in pasta. Simmer for 15-20 mins, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Season to taste. Serve immediately, sprinkled with parsley and Parmesan cheese.

Add wine and cook for 2 minute Add pasta and stir to coat. Add water and passata. Season with salt. Reduce heat to med low. Simmer uncovered stirring occasionally for 20 min or until pasta is al dente and liq has reduced and thickened.
Divide pasta between bowls. Top with baked ricotta and parsley.

Add pasta.
Cover and simmer 16 to 18 minutes.
Stir twice.
You can add favorite meats, cooked and/or vegetables when done and sprinkle with favorite cheese, if desired.

Cover tightly.

Stir occasionally, and add a little water if necessary.
