One-Pot Pasta Bolognese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    1 lb ground beef
    1 3/4 cups jarred pasta sauce
    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 cup red wine
    4 oz small pasta of choice
    None None Chopped parsley, shaved Parmesan cheese to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan on high heat. Add onion and saute for 2-3 mins, until tender.
    Add ground beef. Brown well, breaking up with the back of a spoon as it browns. Stir in pasta sauce, mushrooms, wine and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low. Stir in pasta. Simmer for 15-20 mins, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Season to taste. Serve immediately, sprinkled with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
