First you will need to heat your skillet to med/low with 1 tbsp oil.

This recipe is great for heart patients - low cholesterol.
In large frying pan, melt margarine.
Set aside to cool. Place diced mushrooms into cooled margarine and stir until completely coated.
In large bowl, beat eggs until blended.
Add remaining ingredients and mushrooms.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Test with a knife; done when it comes out clean.
If using Egg Beaters, increase time 15 to 20 minutes.

Cut 1/2 cup either canola or olive oil into flour mixture. (Olive oil is recommended for heart patients.)
When cut in sufficiently, yeast should be ready to add to flour mixture, also adding buttermilk.
Melt butter in pan. Add heavy cream and pepper.
