Fettucine Alfredo(Not For Heart Patients) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice butter
    1 pt. heavy cream
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 small can peas
    1/2 Romano cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan. Add heavy cream and pepper.
    Stir well. Add cheese and sifted cornstarch.
    Cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add peas the last minute.
    Cook fettucine separately.
    Pour sauce over fettucine.
