Rehydrate the mushrooms.
Heat pan, add olive oil. Saute red unions and mushrooms in oil.
Add washed rice and garlic and garlic paste.
Add wine, chicken stock, shiitake mushroom water and salt.
Cook S-L-O-W-L-Y until rice is cooked (12-14 minutes); stirring frequently.
Add cream and cheese, season and ENJOY!
NOTE: If the sauce is too thick, can always add more chicken stock or wine.

put chicken pieces , 6 cup water. curry leaves and roughly cut ginger in a pot and bring to boil.
remove bones from chicken and add it to boiling stock. also add, diced mushroom, salt and lemon juice bring it to boil.
disolve corn flour in little water and add it to soup and simmer for 5 mins.
taste it again and add on if you want more lemon flavour or salty taste.
put chopped spring onion and boiled rice in the serving bowl and serve hot.

In a med size bowl mix together, Mushroom soup, Chicken soup, Rotel, 1/3 cup salsa, 2 1/2 teaspoons of chili powder.
Layer tortilla chips so that they cover the bottom of the pan, I press down on them just to make them lay a little flat. Add 1/2 of the soup mixture on top of the chips. Place 1/2 of the Chicken pieces on the soup mixture, then sprinkle that with 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat the layers, chips, soup, chicken, cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
