Easy Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. eye of round roast
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Cut roast into 1-inch cubes.
    Mix onion soup, water and mushroom soup; pour over beef.
    Bake in covered casserole dish at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Serve over rice.
