If you like, you can substitute cranberries for the raisins to have an all cranberry bread.
Add first seven ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Add cranberries and nuts at the tone indicating the end of the raisin/mix cycle. (Coconut is also a great addition).

Following the manufacturers directions for your bread machine, add all the ingredients to the bread pan except the cranberries and blueberries.
Set the machine for either the Sweet or Basic/White bread cycle.
Select either a Light or Medium crust.
Add the cranberries and blueberries during the last 5 to 10 minutes of the kneading cycle or at the raisin/nut signal.
*Note: Do not use the delay cycle for this bread recipe.

Add dry ingredients and eggs and mix.

Wrap in wax paper while hot and put in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.

Combine milk, cream, sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Whisk eggs together in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in hot milk mixture then pour over bread. Let stand for 5 mins.
Cook, covered, on low for 4 hours. Remove bowl from cooker and let stand for 10 mins before serving.

Place all ingredients (except cranberries) in the bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. If using the delayed time cycle, place dried cranberries away from water. Press start.
If your machine has a Fruit setting, add the cranberries at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished.
