Super Moist Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. cranberries
    grated rind of 1 orange
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in bowl and add orange rind.
    Combine orange juice, melted butter and hot water.
    Add dry ingredients and eggs and mix.
    Lastly, add nuts and cranberries.
    Put in 2 greased bread pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Wrap in wax paper while hot and put in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
    Can be frozen.
