White Chocolate Bread Pudding With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks
    2 whole eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    18 oz. white chocolate
    1 loaf day old French bread, cubed and toasted
Preparation
    Melt 10 ounces white chocolate over a double boiler; stir until chocolate melts and is smooth. In separate pan, combine egg yolks, eggs, sugar, vanilla, 2 cups whipping cream, milk and salt. Stir mixture very well. Then heat until just lukewarm. Do not let it get too hot. Add chocolate to mixture and blend until smooth. Place lightly toasted bread crumbs in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan or baking dish. Pour mixture over bread. Let mixture soak until bread is moist. When bread is moist, cover tightly with foil. Set pan into a larger pan. Add water to larger pan. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
