All of the dried herbs can be substituted with fresh herbs. Sometimes use more than 1/2 jar real mayonnaise. I do not like my potato salad to be dry. I usually keep adding until it is VERY creamy. I do not add salt to this recipe but usually leave it up to the individual. Most people do not even realize that I have not added salt to this until I tell them.

Boil eggs, peel and chop.
Boil potatoes until a knife passes through them easily (usually 25 to 30 minutes), peel and cube.
While eggs and potatoes are cooking, mix Miracle Whip, mustard and sugar until well blended.
In a large bowl combine potatoes, eggs and onion. Add salad dressing and mix until well coated. Sprinkle top lightly with seasoned pepper.
Chill and serve.
Cut hard-boiled eggs in half and place yolks in a large bowl.
Add Miracle Whip, Dijon mustard, vinegar, curry, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Whisk together. (Sometimes I use a mixer to get yolks nice and smooth).
Add celery and jalapeno.
Chop egg whites; add egg whites.
Fold in cooked and cooled potatoes.
Refrigerate at least thirty minutes and enjoy!

Dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water.
Cool to lukewarm, then add Miracle Whip.
Add remaining ingredients and blend with wire whisk.
Put in refrigerator to set.
Boil potatoes with skins on. When cooled, peel and cube.
Add eggs to potatoes and mix with dressing.
Let set in refrigerator overnight.
(I cut this recipe in half as it makes a large batch.)
Peel and slice potatoes in rounds. Boil until done.
Add onion, celery, salt & pepper, caraway seed, mustard, Miracle.
Whip, add pickle relish.
Blend well.
Peel and slice eggs and fold into potato salad.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Chill several hours.
Serve.
Place potatoes in large pot of cold salted water and bring to a boil.
Cook potatoes until they are tender, drain and cool.
In a large bowl combine the miracle whip, sour cream, mustard, chili powder and cayenne pepper, stir to blend then add the cooled potatoes and toss gently.
Next you will add the bacon, red and yellow peppers, green onions and cheese, toss gently, cover and put in refrigerator to chill for about 1 hour.
When ready to serve garnish your potato salad with the chives, cheese and chili powder.
Boil potatoes with skin on until done, approximately 20 minutes.
Peel off potato skin, if desired, while still warm. Bring eggs to a boil, remove from heat and let stand in hot water 20 minutes.
Peel eggs under cold water.
Mix cut up potatoes, eggs, onion and celery.
For dressing, mix vinegar Miracle Whip, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix with potato mixture. Refrigerate.
Let mixture blend for several hours before serving. (1 potato = approx. 2 servings.
Adjust amount as needed.)

Mix mayonnaise or miracle whip and mustard (if preferred) to desired consistency adding salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy with no carb guilt!
