Green Tea Coconut Milk Ice Cream (Low-Gi)

In a blender, place coconut milk, eggs, sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla extract and blend well.
Transfer the liquid to a sauce pan and heat under medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until the liquid thickens.
When the liquid is cooled, chill it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Transfer to the container of an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions to make ice cream.
If using white chocolate chips, add them in the last five minutes while the ice cream maker is running.
Infuse love and serve or store in the freezer.

Spiced Papaya Milk(Chad)

Place cubed papaya along with spices(start with just a little and add more to taste) into the blender.
Pour in cold milk with ice to make as thin or thick as you like it.
Blend till nice and smooth.
Great to cool off with!

Ice Cream

Mix and freeze in an electric ice cream freezer. Add regular milk if recipe does not fill to the fill line on freezer canister.

Lime Ice Cream

Beat eggs until thick and lemony.
Add sugar gradually; definitely do this slowly.
Add cream and half or less of the milk. Pour into homemade ice cream freezer can and add milk until recipe fills the can to the fill line.

Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Shake can of coconut milk to mix well; pour into large chilled bowl or pitcher.
Stir in cream, sugar and coconut rum until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
Spoon into container,cover well and place in freezer to harden off.
If desired, stir in flaked or toasted, flaked coconut before placing in freezer to harden.

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients well.
Put ingredients into your ice cream maker. Follow the instructions that go to your ice cream maker.
Once made into ice cream, store in freezer. I like to use a glass mason jar.

Mint-Chip Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Chill all the ingredients prior to preparing to quicken the freezing process.
Blend coconut milk in a blender until smooth and evenly mixed; add agave syrup and peppermint extract and blend until smooth.

Blend 1 cup milk, ice cream and apricot halves until smooth. Add remaining 1 cup milk, lemon juice and almond extract, if desired.

Yield: 4 1/2 cups.

Eagle Brand Milk Substitute Recipe

Blend powdered milk and sugar in blender.
Add melted butter and hot water.
Blend well.
Use when recipe calls for 1 can Eagle Brand milk or 1 can sweetened condensed milk.

Vegan Avocado-Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Blend avocados, lemon juice, lime juice, lemon zest, and lime zest together in a food processor until smooth; add coconut milk, agave nectar, and corn syrup and blend until smooth. Cover bowl of food processor and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Pour avocado mixture into ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions.

Papaya Coconut Milk Ice Cream

In a mixing bowl, combine Coconut Milk, whipping cream and sugar.
Whip with electric mixer until sugar is dissolved.
Add vanilla extract and papaya.
Stir to blend all ingredients together well.
Place mixture in ice cream machine and follow manufacturers instructions for making ice cream.

Quick Banana Milkshake (Ice Cream Free)

Put banana, milk, ice, sugar, and cinnamon in a blender; puree until smooth.

Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Combine blueberries and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Transfer syrup to a covered container and freeze for 30 to 40 minutes.
Stir coconut milk into syrup until uniform. Pour into an ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

Raw Nut Milk Ice Cream

Combine water, cashews, olive oil, cane juice crystals, honey, flax seeds, and sea salt in a blender; blend on high until very smooth.
Pour almond milk into a large glass jar or container with a lid. Add blended mixture. Cover and refrigerate until completely chilled, about 2 hours.
Shake well and pour into an ice cream maker. Churn according to manufacturer's instructions, about 25 minutes.

Chop or coarsely break cookies.
Place milk, ice cream and chocolate syrup in blender container.
Add chopped cookies and blend on high speed until smooth.
