Apricot Milk Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, cut up
    12 canned apricot halves, drained
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. almond extract (optional)
Preparation
    Blend 1 cup milk, ice cream and apricot halves until smooth. Add remaining 1 cup milk, lemon juice and almond extract, if desired.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield: 4 1/2 cups.
