Cook your pasta in the usual way.
The amount depends on how hungry you are.
In a small heavy pan (or very carefully in a light one) heat the oil with the garlic the black pepper and the salt.
\"fry\"the garlic until it has gone very slightly golden.
Turn off the heat and let it stand until the pasta is cooked.
Mix the pasta with the oil and garlic and enjoy.
For each cocktail combine 2 oz of the above Planter's Punch Mix in a tall glass with ingredients listed above for one cocktail.
Makes 1/2 gallon punch base.
Put everything into a microwave safe bowl. You need one deep enough to avoid boil-over messes.

Put in microwave uncovered for 40 seconds on HIGH.
Stir until chips are well melted& blended.
Heat another 30 seconds.
Keep a close eye on it so it doesn't bubble over.
At this point if it has not thickened, (will depend on wattage of microwave) keep going for 20 seconds intervals, stirring between each one until thickened.
Do keep an eye on it at all times.
Eat it right away (which is the way I like it) or let it cool.
Combine Splenda, cornstarch and salt in a microwave safe bowl. Whisk in milk, egg yolk, butter and vanilla.
Cook on 50% power for two minutes, stirring after one minute. Cook at full power for one minute, stirring every 15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Mix dry ingredients for the batter, and add liquid ingredients.
Mix streusel ingredients.
Spray coffee mug with nonstick cooking spray. (Optional).
Pour in half of the batter.
Top with two thirds of the streusel.
Spoon on the rest of the batter.
Top with remaining streusel.
Microwave for one minute.

The carb count would depend on the sweetener. You could use Davinici syrup.I don't think it would affect the texture of the cake.But, without the sweetener, you would have .7 carb for the egg and 2 NET carbs for the cocoa powder.About 3 net carbs in all.then add the sweetener carbs.
Spray custard cup with cooking spray and set aside.
In small bowl or measuring cup mix all dry ingredients, add the peanut butter and milk to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into custard cup and microwave on high for one minute.
You can enjoy right out of the cup (recommended) or allow to cool a few minutes before turning out onto a plate and enjoying.
