Hand mix all ingredients until moist.
Do not use mixer or beat by hand.
Spoon mixture evenly in a 3-quart microwave casserole dish with cone insert.
Microwave on High for 12 to 14 minutes on rotating carousel.
Measure biscuit mix into 1-quart bowl.<
Combine chocolate morsels and butter in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at High 2 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in condensed milk and next 3 ingredients.
Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool slightly on a wire rack.
Spread chocolate frosting on warm brownies, if desired. Cut into squares.
Yields about 3 dozen.
Brown ground turkey and drain grease if needed, add McCormick seasoning and add 1/2 cup water and let simmer.
Mold biscuits into muffin pans, bake for 8 minutes.
Add can of Rotel and cheese to ground turkey mix.
Add a heaping large spoon of ground turkey mix to the middle of each biscuit, bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
