In an 8-quart stock pot, bring Old Bay, salt, water and beer to a boil.
Add potatoes and onions; cook over high heat for 8 minutes.
Add smoked sausage; continue to cook on high for 5 minutes.
Add corn to pot; continue to boil for 7 minutes.
Add shrimp in shells, cook for 4 minutes.
Drain cookin liquid; pour contents of pot into several large bowl or shallow pails.
Sprinkle with additional Old Bay.

Old Bay Fried Chicken

Wash Chicken and pat dry
Mix Flour and Old Bay seasoning in large plastic bag.
Begin heating Cooking Oil in a large skillet.
Mix Egg and Water in bowl.
Dip several Chicken pieces at a time in Egg mixture and shake in Flour mixture.
Fry over medium high heat, 15-20 minutes per side (depending on the size of pieces).
For more flavor, sprinkle a little more Old Bay Seasoning over finished chicken pieces.

- If you like your dip really cheesy you may add one more 5 oz. jar of Old English cheese. Also, you may add 3-5 strips of cooked and crumbled crispy bacon and can even put it into a little dipper crock pot and serve it warm. All ways are delicious!

Old Fashioned Custard Pie

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Thoroughly mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Slowly stir in hot milk.
Pour in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle a little nutmeg over the top.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 425\u00b0 and bake for 10 minute intervals until done.
