Cook setting on high about 4 to 6 hours.
Marinate roast in beefy onion soup mix all day and night (turn often).
Preheat gas grill; sear roast on both sides.
Turn grill to low setting and baste well.
Cook until inside temperature is about 140\u00b0 to 150\u00b0.
If you buy a packer-trimmed beef brisket, trim fat.
Store- trimmed brisket usually doesn't need trimming.
Marinate beef brisket with Italian dressing (enough to cover).
Can marinate for as little as 1 hour or so or up to 3 or 4 hours or more, turning every so often in pan you are going to cook in.

Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
Skim fat if necessary.
Serve over hot noodles.
