Place chicken breast on large square of tin foil.
Place onion on top of chicken.
Place vegetables on top of onion slice.
Pour on Kitchen Bouquet.
Sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
Seal tin foil around chicken and vegetables.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, add about 15 minutes if the chicken is frozen.

Garden Pea Casserole

Mix together the garden peas, water chestnuts, onion and cream of mushroom soup. Put in buttered 8-inch baking dish.

Drain pasta and vegetables well, then add to the sour cream mixture and toss well to mix.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

Drain garden peas and rinse with cold water.
Cut up onion very fine and add to peas.
Add chopped boiled eggs and add salt, pepper and seasoned salt.
Mix with small amount of Miracle Whip salad dressing.
Serve on lettuce leaf.

Kitchen Bouquet Chicken

Melt margarine in large baking dish.
Add Kitchen Bouquet. Mix well and cover both sides of chicken with this mixture.
Salt and pepper chicken.
Bake, covered, until tender at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Put mushrooms on top and bake with chicken the last 5 minutes.

Blend croutons into 3 Cups of bread crumbs and set aside.

Umami Bomb

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Preheat a nonstick pan to medium heat.
Remove the mushroom stems and finely chop them.
Saute the mushrooms in butter and add spices, tomato paste, 1/2 cup (125 mL) of Parmesan cheese and the condiments.
After the mushrooms have been sauteed, garnish the mushroom heads; top with panko and the remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) of Parmesan cheese.
Cook in the oven on a baking sheet until the toppings are golden brown.

Crazy Cajun Garlic Jambalaya

Brown crumbled breakfast sausage in heavy 4-6 quart pan or skillet; drain fat.
Add peppers, onions, celery and Cajun powder. Simmer until just about tender, then add garlic and cook until tender.
Add rice and stir until rice is mixed in and coated with sausage and vegetables.
Add broth and Piquante, bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand five minutes covered.
Add fresh chopped green onions and parsley; fluff with a fork just before serving.
Serve with French bread and a garden salad.
