Cool and slice. Mix 1/2 jar apricot preserves and 1 jar of sweet and sour sauce. Add sliced kielbasa and heat.

Using about one foot of casing for one pound of meat mixture, stuff the casings.
Keep unused casings wet while working, if they start to dry out, they will tear.

Kielbasa can be frozen for later use.
Inside crockpot layer carrots, potatoes, cabbage with the kielbasa pieces on top. Pour either 1 1/2 Celsius water or chicken broth over the top. Cook on low for 8 hours. I've found that there is so much flavor in the kielbasa alone that I don't even need to use the chicken broth for flavor. The small amount of liquid makes everything perfectly moist, leaving an EASY, HEALTHY dinner for your family!
Place kielbasa in a frying pan with a lid.
Cut potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on size.
Place potatoes in center of kielbasa.
Place green beans on top of potatoes.
Cover and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
