Combine all ingredients and put in small coffee can.
Tape lid onto can.
Place small can inside large coffee can.

Roll can between two children (4-5 feet apart) for ten minutes.
Pour off water and fill can with more ice and salt.

To prepare the smoothie mix, combine the coffee creamer, coffee granules, milk powder, sugar and cocoa in a blender and pulse several times until finely powdered and well blended.

Keep Europe's Best fruit frozen when preparing smoothies.
Adjust texture by adding more or reducing amounts of ingredients.
For a creamier Europe's Best smoothie, add yogurt, soy milk, ice cream or milk.
Add a little honey or brown sugar for a sweeter beverage.
Place ingredients in blender and start blending on low speed and after that gruadually increase the speed until smoothie is smooth.
Add another 30-60 seconds to add air (makes smoothie lighter.).

Put the strawberries in a blender and mix well.
Add the mangoes and bananas and blend well (using the ice crush button, if necessary). If the mixture is too dry to process you can already add some of the juice, but not all. The mixture has to become smooth, without chunks of fruit.
