Cut up all ingredients and brint to a boil in a LARGE pot.
Boil rapidly for ten minutes and then simmer until all vegetables are tender.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and any other desired herbs.

Chilled Fruit Soup To Go With Yogurt - Weight Watchers

Combine all berries and orange juice beverage in a food processor. Puree on medium-high power until semi-smooth and liquified. Stir in diced apple and yogurt until fully incorporated. Transfer to a thermos or plastic container with a secure lid. Keep fruit soup chilled until ready to eat. Yields about 1 1/2 cups per serving.

Put garlic, ginger and habanero in a food processor; or blender and grind to a fine puree, adding a few drops of the lime juice to loosen it up a bit.
Place this in a 1 1/2 or 2 qt sauce pan, over med high heat saute for 10 seconds and remove from heat.
Pour in the broth, return pan to heat; let it come to a slow simmer. cook for 15 minutes to incorporate all the flavors.
Divide the garnish vegetables between 4 soup bowls and pour the broth over.
