Weight Loss Vegetable Soup(Low Fat - Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    2 green peppers
    1 bunch scallions
    1 bunch celery
    6 carrots (optional)
    16 oz. green beans, fresh (not canned)
    1 large can (48 oz.) V-8 or tomato juice
Preparation
    Chop all the vegetables. Put into soup pot and cover with water. Boil 10 minutes. Makes 6 quarts.
