Soften ice-cream slightly in a large bowl, and when softened stir in Smarties, but DO NOT overmix.
Spoon Smartie ice-cream back into ice-cream container and freeze.
When serving try serving the Smartie ice-cream in long tall glasses, and decorate with extra Smarties and a wafer.
Chocolate Ice Cream:
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, evaporated milk and salt.<
Using a large ice cream scoop, make four 1/2 cup scoops of ice cream. Place in a shallow pan. Cover and store in the freezer until firm.
Mix all ice cream ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer
Layer one box of ice cream sandwiches in a long pan and cover with cool whip. Add second box of ice cream sandwiches and cover with remaining cool whip.
You can put nuts on top.
Keep in freezer.
Mix 4 parts of cornflakes to 1 part of cinnamon, coconut and sugar.
Roll ice cream ball in cornflake mixture, dip into milk, then roll back into cornflake mixture.
Freeze on wax paper for 1 to 2 hours.
Arrange ice cream sandwiches in a 9 x 13 serving dish. Cut if needed. Prick with fork. Pour syrup over ice cream, using as much as desired. Sprinkle with half pecan and candy pieces. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining pecans and candy on top. Freeze until ready to serve.

Add Eagle Brand milk.
Mix and put in freezer.
Add any fruit or whatever flavoring, such as peaches, strawberries, bananas, pineapple, fruit
cocktail, vanilla, etc.
Then finish filling with sweet milk and freeze.
Place ice cream scoop in a bowl.
Crush the graham cracker over it. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle with honey.
Layer 12 ice cream sandwiches in a 9x13 pan.
Spread half of the Cool Whip on top then 1/2 of the caramel and chocolate toppings and sprinkle with half of the candy and half of the peanuts.
Repeat, then freeze!
