Ingredients

2 c. any flavor ice cream
1 1/4 c. almond cluster multigrain cereal, coarsely crushed
2 tsp. margarine or butter, melted
4 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Using a large ice cream scoop, make four 1/2 cup scoops of ice cream. Place in a shallow pan. Cover and store in the freezer until firm.
