Cook vegetables 10 to 12 minutes in enough water to cook completely.
Add can of evaporated milk, cream of broccoli soup, 1 1/2 cans water, bouillon cubes, Mrs. Dash, potato flakes, salt, pepper and 1 cup finely chopped ham or can of Hormel ham.
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, adding more water if needed.
Soup should be thick and creamy.
Add 1/8 teaspoon coriander while soup simmers. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley sprigs.
Cook Knox soup mix as directed in a large saucepan.
Add frozen broccoli cuts.
Mix in Campbell's soup and 1 can of milk. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add cheese and serve.
HOW TO COOK A LOBSTER:. Place a steamer

Combine broccoli, celery, carrots, water, and chicken bouillon in a large soup pot. Boil 20-30 minutes.
While vegetables are cooking - In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender.
Add cornstarch and flour to butter mixture, stirring until browned.
Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
Add the cheese sauce to the broccoli mixture and stir until well combined. Simmer until heated through.

I use the stems of the cauliflower and broccoli that was leftover from the broccoli and cauliflower salad to make the soup. Boil until tender; mash and remove any stems that are stringy. Proceed with your favorite cream soup recipe.
Cook rice; set aside.
Cook broccoli by recipe on box; drain and set aside.
Saute onions in oleo.
Add soup and 1 can water. Add broccoli, Cheez Whiz and rice.
Mix together, put into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
Stir gently after mixture has cooked for about 15 minutes and sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and paprika. Serves 8.
In large saucepan, place broccoli, celery, onion and broth. Bring to boil; cover and simmer 8 minutes until vegetables are tender.
In medium bowl, combine milk, cornstarch, salt, pepper and thyme.
Add milk mixture to vegetable mixture and cook until soup is slightly thickened and just begins to boil (about 4 to 5 minutes), stirring constantly.
