Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. vegetable cooking liquid plus milk (enough to make 3 c.)
    1 c. dried cheese (sharp or Velveeta)
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain and save liquid.
    Saute onions in margarine (1 tablespoon).
    Mix flour with milk in shaker and shake well.
    Stir while cooking over medium heat until sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir until it melts.
    Add rest of ingredients: liquid, milk, salt, pepper and broccoli.
    Cook until heated through.
    This recipe may be doubled or tripled.
    Serves 6.
