Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine flour and garlic powder. Mix in chicken broth and vegetable(s). Add enough cold water to form a ball. Roll out dough to 1/2\" and using a cookie cutter, cut into shapes (your choice-I like to use one shaped like a bone or a heart). Place on a non-stick cookie sheet & bake for 25 minutes. Let cool.

Wrap bacon around each hot dogs having toothpick hold in position.

Fill with hot dogs, placing each side-by-side in the baking pan.

Trim ends of hot dogs, then cut each into 4 or 5 pieces. Combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar and pepper sauce in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Add hot dogs. Simmer, do not boil, for 30 minutes.
Put in jar. Cover and let stand 2 to 4 days. Drain and serve.
Makes 2 pounds.

Bring to a simmer and add the hot dogs. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes until sauce is thick and hot dogs cooked through.

Combine vinegar, sugar and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 3 mins, or until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and stir in corn, onion, cucumber, chili, coriander and turmeric. Cook for 2 mins, or until corn is tender. Let cool.
Meanwhile, cook hot dogs in boiling water for 5 mins, or until heated through. Drain. Place a grill pan over medium heat. Grill hot dogs and buns for 3 mins, or until golden brown. Arrange hot dogs in buns. Serve with pickled corn.
