Homemade Corn Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot dogs
1 c. flour
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except hot dogs.
Dry hot dogs on paper towels.
Stick toothpick or corn dog stick in one end of hot dog. Dip into batter and fry in deep fat until desired crispness. Serve hot.
