For the Creamy Greek Dressing: Stir together yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic,
Cut salad according to size needed.
Crumble Feta cheese and layer on top.
Add Greek dressing (found at Kroger).
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Combine turkey, bread crumbs, spinach, Greek dressing, feta cheese, onion, egg, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl; form into patties.
Cook turkey burgers on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 5 to 10 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Cook sausages according to directions, or however you like.
Place sausages in buns. Top with yogurt mixture and lettuce, red onion, tomato, cucumber and Greek dressng.

In a large salad bowl, toss together the torn mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, onion, olives, Feta cheese and radishes.
Cover; chill until serving time, up to 2 hours.
Just before serving, shake Greek vinaigrette to mix.
Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
If desired, sprinkle with fresh oregano and chive blossoms.
Brown beef in skillet with onion.
Stir in 1/4 cup of the Greek dressing, rice, parsley and salt.
With shiny surface of leaf down, place 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture in center of each leaf.
Fold edges of leaf toward center and roll up.
Place in large skillet.
Pour remaining 3/4 cup dressing over stuffed leaves and simmer over low heat until liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
Cover and chill.

Sauce -- Mix the feta, yogurt, half and half, salt and

Add tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, onions, green pepper, parsley and olives.
Toss lightly. Add Feta cheese; sprinkle with Oil-Vinegar Dressing.
Toss lightly again.
Makes 6 servings.
Lightly coat a frying pan with oil and place over medium-high heat. Cook eggplant for 2 mins per side, or until tender. Arrange on serving plates along with tomatoes and parsley.
To make the minty yogurt dressing, combine yogurt, mint sauce, mint and 2 tbsp water in a small bowl. Drizzle over vegetables. Season.
For the herb-yogurt dressing, mix yogurt, sour cream and mayonnaise. Season and add chopped herbs.
For cucumber salad, place cucumber in a bowl, season and sprinkle with sugar. Add lemon juice and oil.
Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 20 mins. Drain potatoes and arrange on plates with hard-boiled eggs. Drizzle with yogurt dressing, sprinkle with reserved herbs and garnish with basil leaves. Serve with cucumber salad.
Add the oregano, veg and 3/4 of the feta to rice and toss.
Combine the dressing and yogurt and toss with rice mixture.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
Sprinkle with remaining feta.
Put the finely chopped cucumbers in a sieve and press out as much excess liquid as possible.
In a large bowl mix the minced garlic with the salt into a paste.
Add in the Greek yogurt (or strained yogurt) with garlic/salt paste, add to the drained cucumbers, mint, olive oil, more salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving (you won't be able to keep you spoon out of the bowl lol!).
Serve hot with the cold Yogurt Mint Sauce.
