Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. torn mixed greens, such as red and green leaf lettuce, curly endive, romaine, etc.
    1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
    1/2 small seedless or regular cucumber, sliced
    1/2 medium red onion, halved lengthwise and finely sliced
    1 c. Kalamata olives or ripe olives
    1 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1 Greek vinaigrette dressing (recipe included)
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, toss together the torn mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, onion, olives, Feta cheese and radishes.
    Cover; chill until serving time, up to 2 hours.
    Just before serving, shake Greek vinaigrette to mix.
    Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
    If desired, sprinkle with fresh oregano and chive blossoms.
