Beat the egg and barbecue sauce together.
Crush the Cheez-Its in a plastic bag with your rolling pin.

Over medium heat in a medium sized skillet heat oil till hot but not smoking.
Add frozen patties, and cook on both sides until golden brown, and remove from skillet.
Top each pattie with 1/2 cup of reheated mashed potatoes.
Cover potatoes with desired amount of gravy, and enjoy :).
Preheat oven to 350*.
In large bowl mix beef, chopped onions, bread and half of the milk with hands.
Slowly add the remainder of the milk if needed - too much will make the mixture to runny and it won't form the loaf.
Shape into loaf and place in a glass 8x8 or 9x13 baking dish, I add just a little water to the bottom of the pan.
Bake at 350* for 45 min, cover the top of the loaf with the glaze and finish baking for 15-20 min longer.
Let the loaf sit 10-15 min before slicing.
Mix first 7 ingredients throughly together and pack into a loaf pan.
Next put the strips of bacon on top and bake for an hour at 350F degrees.
While waiting, mix the sauce ingredients together.
After the hour is up, pour and smooth the sauce onto the meatloaf and cook another 15 to 20 minutes. I have sometimes added 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt instead of the salt to the sauce mixture and that is also delicious!
For meatloaf preheat oven to 350.
