Spread Party Rye Bread with Miracle Whip or mayonnaise. Sprinkle with garlic powder, parmesan cheese. Place a thin slice of tomato on top and sprinkle with oregano.
Melt the butter in an electric frying pan. Add the Good Seasons packet and stir.
Brown the chicken on both sides in this mixture.
Remove the chicken from the pan and place in a casserole dish.

Combine the two rounds
Brown meat (drain grease).
Cut up vegetables.
Put everything in a pot and boil on stove around 3 hours covered(crock pots also work, but I've found it doesn't turn out as good. It is always better heated up the next day).
