Whip skim milk with hand and blend until thick (yogurt texture), then add fruit.
Blend until fruit is mixed.

Alternate two pudding flavors in each parfait for appearance and additional flavor.
Prepare each pudding just before adding to parfait; they set up fast!

Breakfast Yogurt Parfait With Fresh Fruit And Granola

Place the granola (or muesli) in the bottom of a parfait glass, and top with fruit.
In a small bowl, stir together equal parts of yogurt and sweetened whipped cream. Spoon atop the parfait.

Alternate three layers of peaches, Raspberry Coulis (**Note: Recipe #59967 ), blackberries, and liqueur (if using) in 4 glass parfait dishes or large wine goblets.

Mix ingredients and pour in parfait glasses or just a plastic bowl.
Chill 3-4 hours.
Parfait glasses look nice when lined with thin sliced fruit and topped with extra whipped topping.

Parfait Perfection

Drain tropical fruit salad. Combine cottage cheese, yogurt and raisins. In 4 parfait glasses or glass bowls, layer cottage cheese mixture, fruit salad and granola. Serves 4.

Rum Fruit Parfait

Drain peaches and bing cherries, reserve syrup for fruit punches. Place peach halves and cherries in saucepan. Combine molasses and rum, add to the fruit mixture. Place over medium heat, heat to serving temperature. Place ice cream and fruit sauce in layers in a tall glass or parfait dish., Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Dissolve jello in 2 cups water.
Add 1 can fruit and juice (frozen strawberries).
Place in refrigerator until soft set (1 to 2 hours).
Stir occasionally.
In blender, combine mixture with cream cheese.
In large bowl, mix in Cool Whip with whisk. Refrigerate.
Garnish.
Serve.
Can use any combo of fruit and jello.
Color of jello determines color of parfait.

Yogurt Parfait

In a parfait glass or large glass mug, layer one-third of the yogurt, half of the granola and then half of the fruit.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining yogurt.
Yields 1 serving.

Blackberry Pomegranate Quinoa Parfait

Combine fruit spread and chia seeds in medium bowl. Stir in berries and quinoa. Combine yogurt and lemon peel in small bowl.
Divide half of quinoa mixture evenly into 4 parfait glasses. Reserve 2 tablespoons yogurt for garnish. Top quinoa mixture with 1/3 cup yogurt. Divide and spoon remaining quinoa mixture over yogurt. Top with dollop of yogurt and lemon slice. Chill.

A Breakfast Yogurt Parfait (Granola)

Place 1/3 cup of granola in a parfait glass. Top with half of the yogurt.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining granola.
Note, mix any of your favorite fruits into the yogurt before assembling or layer fruit in between yogurt and granola layers if so desired.
