CAKE:
Adjust oven rack to
0 minutes.
Pour the fruit filling into a 9-by
nd salt.
Add eggs, fruit cocktail and vanilla and mix
Mix all ingredients except fruit filling and press 1/2 into bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
Add fruit filling.
Crumble remaining dough over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and make a well in the center.
Mix egg, vanilla and fruit cocktail into the dry ingredients and pour into a flat greased pan.
Combine 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts and sprinkle on top of cake.
Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
You can also use the cake recipe without the topping and when you are ready to serve it put hot butterscotch pudding over the cake.
Use any good cake recipe
to make 4 layers.
Bake 2 plain, then add raisins, nut meats, cinnamon and cloves.
When cool stick with filling.

Empty the canned peaches into a 1 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix in the cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle with the Crumb Cake Mix and cut butter into 4 equal portions and place on top.
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes; remove cover and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until top is brown.

Drain pineapple well.
Melt butter in pan (9-inch round or 8 or 9-inch square).
Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Arrange pineapple and cherries in sugar mixture.
Prepare crumb cake and pour over all in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until tests done.

Melt butter, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice in a saucepan.
Spray sides and bottom of a cake pan.
Pour brown sugar mixture into it.

Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand to cool a few minutes, then invert onto a plate.
Prepare favorite white cake recipe or boxed cake mix and divide batter between 1 (8-inch) square pan and 1 (8-inch) round pan.
Bake according to directions.
Remove cakes from pan and cool.
Sift
the
dry\tingredients into a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, except
for the brown sugar and nuts;\tbeat for 3 minutes.
Pour
into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with the brown
sugar and nuts.
Bake for 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Good with Fruit Cocktail Cake Sauce poured over hot cake.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gease and flour a 9x13 baking dish.
Cake:
Combine cake mix with four eggs,2/3 cup oil, 2/3 cup milk and 1 tsp cinnamon. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
Crumb topping:
Sift 3 3/4 cups flour, white sugar and remaining tsp of cinnamon together. Add brown sugar, vanilla and 3 sticks of room temperature butter to flour mixture. Combined with pastry cutter or fork until coarse and crumbly. Top cake with this crumb mixture and continue to bake for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 pan.
Mix cake mix, water, softened butter and eggs on low for 30 seconds until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Prepare topping.
After 20 minuntes take cake out of oven.
Sprinkle topping evenly over cake.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
TOPPING:
In a bowl mix all ingredients together until crumbly.

Combine all dough ingredients and mix with mixer until moist and crumbly (you can increase the oil 1 tablespoon at a time until you have the right consistency, sometimes I add a little bit of water too). Spread half of the crumb mixture into the bottoms of two 9\" pans or one 10x13 pan.
Layer the fruit filling over the crumb base.
Cover the fruit with the remaining crumb dough.
Bake in a 350 oven for approximately one to two hours or until nicely browned from edge to center. Enjoy!
