Preheat oven to 375.
Spray baking dish with non-stick spray.
Place frozen chicken breast in dish.

Bake for 45 minutes.
Options: Add veggies for a one dish meal.
If using cheese, put it on the last 2 minutes of cook time. This gives it time to melt and brown if you like it that way.
Place frozen chicken tenders in crockpot.
Mix soup and buttermilk until smooth.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

Mix spices together and sprinkle over chicken.
Cover chicken with onion.

Cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours.

Put the frozen chicken pieces into your crockpot.
Add the onion (if you are using the dried onion, wait and add it to the applesauce).
In a bowl, mix the applesauce, vinegar, garlic, and spices together. Pour on top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours, or on high for 3-4.
