Preheat oven to 350\
Prepare favorite pastry for 2 crust pie; line pie plate.
Fill with 3 cups fresh apricot halves.
Combine 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg; sprinkle over apricots. Drizzle 1 tablespoon lemon juice over fruit and dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
Adjust top crust, cutting slits for escape of steam.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
This cake recipe calls for half high-gluten flour and half apple fiber.
You can turn virtually any cake recipe into a source of soluble fiber simply by replacing half the flour with the apple fiber.
Spoon a bit of apricot preserves over the cake as a topping.

Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 to 20 minutes or as package directs.
Drain and let cool (you'll get about 2 cups pasta). Combine pasta, apricots, chicken, zucchini, red pepper and basil in bowl.
Pour Fresh Apricot-Basil Dressing over.
Toss gently. Serves 4.
Melt butter, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice in a saucepan.
Spray sides and bottom of a cake pan.

to make 4 layers.
Bake 2 plain, then add raisins, nut meats, cinnamon and cloves.

Grease & flour cake pans. Mix all cake ingredients together. Beat at low speed until combined, approximately 2 minutes. Pour into cake pans and bake @350 for 25-35 minutes. Cool Completely.
Make Frosting:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add confectioners sugar, until you achieve a good spreading consistency. May need more or less sugar.
ASSEMBLE CAKE:
Spread Apricot Jam between layers and Frost cake. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top and sides of Cake.
