Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. corn oil
    1/3 c. fruit juice (apricot nectar, pineapple or orange juice)
    2 well beaten eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 c. chopped pears or apples
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in the usual manner.
    This recipe makes 2 loaf cakes (9 1/2 x 5 1/4 x 3-inch) or 1 Bundt cake.
    Pan(s) should be well-greased.
    Pam spray works best.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
