For cake: Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan.
If using glass pan, bake at 325 degrees.
Otherwise, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Check for doneness using toothpick.
For icing: Mix all ingredients together and frost cool cake.
Keep in refrigerator.
Will keep for a long time.
Blend eggs. milk, butter, sugar and spices in bowl.
Dip bread slices in milk mixture and lay on cookie sheet lined with foil.
If you have any milk mixture left over, just pour it on top of the bread slices.
Broil under your broiler, about 3 inches from heat source, about 2 -4 minutes each side, until browned to your liking.
Sprinkle with chopped macadamia nuts, and serve with coconut syrup and/or maple syrup.
This is a very easy French toast preparation and it isn't as heavy as the usual recipes which saute the bread in butter.
Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Cut the orange sherbet in half and place in punch bowl.
Chop up sherbet with knife or spoon.
Pour one can Hawaiian Punch over sherbet.
Pour one 2-liter bottle of Sprite over sherbet and Hawaiian Punch.
Will foam up pink.

Mix lemonade by directions on can.
Add Hawaiian Punch, then pour over ice ring and add ginger ale.
Put sherbet in a bowl approximately 30 minutes before serving. Just before serving, pour Hawaiian Punch over softened sherbet and fold.

Add Hawaiian Punch juice and sugar; mix well.

Add ice last.

Pour Sprite and Hawaiian Punch over sherbet.

Cut bowl shape out of Hawaiian bread (save that bread for dipping). Mix ingredients. Pour in the Hawaiian bread. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Blend first 9 ingredients, adjusting to your own taste.
Slice off top of Hawaiian bread and hollow out the inside, reserving bread for dipping.
Place the chicken-ham mixture inside the bread shell.
Place 4 to 5 pineapple rings on top of the dip. Place cherries inside of pineapple rings.
Place the top of bread you previously sliced off back in place, until ready to serve. Cut each of the buns in fourths.
Place near dip for additional dipping.
Combine sugar, white corn syrup and water.
Boil until mixture spins threads.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Slowly add syrup, beating constantly.
When candy thickens, add Hawaiian Punch.
Add chopped nuts.
