combine all ingredients in crock-pot and add roast, turn to coat.
Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
Season pork roast liberally on all sides with

Pace the roast on top of the onions
Microwave water and bouillon cubes together until cubes have dissolved. Turn Crock pot onto high. Place pork roast into bottom of crock pot and add bouillon water over top.
Place peeled and cut carrots into the bouillon in the crock pot, cover and cook for 4 to 5 hours. 1/2 hour to 1 hour before you are ready to eat add the jar of apricot jelly over the pork roast, cover and continue to cook.
Serve with rolls and a salad.
The apricot flavoring makes the carrots more like a dessert than a vegetable.
Put pork roast in crock pot; mix the next 7 ingredients together in a bowl and pour over pork roast. Arrange vegetables around the roast. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the whole dish in the crock pot. Put lid on and set crock pot to LOW for 7-8 hours.
You can also put this together and start at lunch time by turning on high for 4 hours and it will be ready when you get home!

Place onion slices in the bottom of a crock pot.
Brown pork roast in a skillet on all sides.
Place roast on onion slices.
In a bowl, mix apricot preserves with horseradish sauce; pour over roast in crock pot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Layer 1/2 of the sauerkraut, 1/2 of the onion slices, sprinkle 1/2 of the caraway seeds and 1/2 of the apples on the bottom of the crock pot.
Brown (optional) the roast on top of the stove and place on top.
Layer the remaining ingredients (including the juice from sauerkraut).
Wash and pierce potatoes once and arrange around the roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Season entire pork roast with salt and pepper or a seasoning blend.
Put roast in crock pot and cover with sliced mushrooms.
Mix all remaining ingredients and use this to top the roast and mushrooms.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
This produces a lovely gravy which may be used on potatoes, rice, whatever.

Pour sauerkraut over pork roast.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix and brown sugar over the pork and sauerkraut.
Pour the water over everything.
Cook on low for 24 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes.

juice over roast.
Sprinkle au jus mix and onion over roast. Cover.
Cook on high for 2 hours.
Turn to low and cook 2 to 3 hours more.
Place roast in crock pot. Cover with olive oil and roll to coat.
Sprinkle with pepper, lemon zest and rosemary.
Pour the wine and chicken stock in next to the roast. Add the garlic to the broth and tuck the lemon slices around the roast.
Put the lid on and set to cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
