Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

* set aside about 1 cup of the mixture.
* mix in shredded chicken.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place everything except the cheese in a large pan. Cook over a medium heat stirring until it boils.
Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place in oven proof bowls, sprinkle on cheese and grill until bubbly.

In a 9 inch pie plate or 2 quart oblong baking dish, arrange broccoli and turkey. In a small bowl, combine soup and milk, pour over broccoli and turkey
