Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Slice angel food cake into 3 layer sections.
Mix instant pudding according to box instructions.

In a large lipped skillet, warm Prego and meatballs together, let simmer 20 minutes.
Ladle sauce mix onto buns.
Top with Mozarella Cheese.

Put meatballs in crock pot and pour sauce over them.
Cover crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.

In a bowl combine the icing sugar with corn syrup, hot water and food colouring (for a thicker icing add in more icing sugar until desired consistency) mix until well combined.
Dip tops of doughnuts in the coloured icing, then immediately sprinkle with desired toppings (if using).

Take the angel food cakes and cut each into three layers by making two evenly spaced cuts.
