Boil chicken, skin and debone;\tsaute onions in butter; add enchilada
mix
and all liquids.
Cook until it thickens. In
a casserole, layer chicken and Doritos;
cover each layer with sauce
and\tcheese.
Repeat
until all is used.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese.
If tortillas are used, heat them one
at
a\ttime in a small amount of Wesson or any cooking oil, just long enough to soften;
drain and layer same as Doritos.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ground chuck and onions in large skillet. Cook until meat is browned.
Drain excess grease. Add the taco seasoning, salsa, Mexicorn, mayonnaise, and sour cream.

Drain and add taco seasoning and water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in onion and tomato sauce.
Spoon meat over taco chips.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cheese over meat.
Top with the rest of the taco chips and then the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
