Chicken Taco Casserole

Boil chicken, skin and debone;\tsaute onions in butter; add enchilada
mix
and all liquids.
Cook until it thickens. In
a casserole, layer chicken and Doritos;
cover each layer with sauce
and\tcheese.
Repeat
until all is used.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese.
If tortillas are used, heat them one
at
a\ttime in a small amount of Wesson or any cooking oil, just long enough to soften;
drain and layer same as Doritos.

Taco Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ground chuck and onions in large skillet. Cook until meat is browned.
Drain excess grease. Add the taco seasoning, salsa, Mexicorn, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
Mix well and remove from heat. In a casserole dish (about 2 quart size), layer half of the meat mixture, chips and cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Fry ground beef and add taco seasoning.
Mix ground beef and ALL ingredients, except Doritos (unless you don't mind soggy), in a large bowl.

Mix in Doritos and enjoy!
Note: I enjoy this nice and cold from the fridge, but you may prefer it warm or room temperature.

Taco Salad

Add chopped onion, grated cheese, drained beans, tomato and lettuce.
Just before serving, toss in dressing and chips on top.

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking the meat up as it cooks, until beef is browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease and stir in taco seasoning mix. Remove from heat and let stand until beef mixture is cool.
Mix ground beef with Cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, Italian dressing, and red onion in a large salad bowl. Chill the beef mixture until cold, at least 30 minutes. Lightly mix in lettuce and tortilla chips just before serving.

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef; remove from heat and drain off any excess liquid. Add onion, garlic powder, taco seasoning mix and tomato sauce; mix and set aside.

Baked Taco Casserole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the Bisquick and the water. Spread into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
Brown the ground beef with the peppers, then drain. Add the taco seasoning. Set aside.
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese.
Add the ground beef to the top of the Bisquick mix.
Top with the tomatoes.
Then spoon the cream mixture to the top of the tomatoes and spread evenly.

Mix beans and 1/4 of tomato sauce.

Cover with grated cheese and crumbled corn chips.
Return to oven until cheese melts.

Lightly grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of taco shells, coarsely broken.
In skillet, brown beef.
Drain and add taco seasoning and water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in onion and tomato sauce.
Spoon meat over taco chips.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cheese over meat.
Top with the rest of the taco chips and then the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with tomato and olives.

Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Heat to boiling.
Coarsely break chips and place in ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.

Silverado Taco Casserole

In a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, place half of the broken taco shells.
In skillet, brown beef until crumbled; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in onion and tomato sauce.
Spoon meat mixture over shells. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
Place remaining taco chips over cheese.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with salsa sauce.

Taco Casserole

Brown beef, onion and green pepper.
Add 2/3 can of the tomato sauce and 2/3 of taco seasoning.
Season with pepper and simmer until well blended.
Set aside 1/2 cup of chips and 1/4 cup cheese.
In 3-quart casserole, layer rest of ingredients twice in the following order:
taco chips, stewed tomatoes, meat mixture, fresh tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes, covered. Bake uncovered another 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve with bottled hot sauce.
Serves 10 easily.
