Chicken Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer (or 4 large chicken breasts), boiled
    1 large onion, diced
    1 stick oleo
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 pkg. enchilada mix
    1 large pkg. taco flavored Dorito chips (or 1 pkg. flat tortillas, 12)
    Cheddar cheese (as desired)
Preparation
    Boil chicken, skin and debone;\tsaute onions in butter; add enchilada
    mix
    and all liquids.
    Cook until it thickens. In
    a casserole, layer chicken and Doritos;
    cover each layer with sauce
    and\tcheese.
    Repeat
    until all is used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
    If tortillas are used, heat them one
    at
    a\ttime in a small amount of Wesson or any cooking oil, just long enough to soften;
    drain and layer same as Doritos.
